DMCA Takedown and Counter-Notice Process If a valid DMCA takedown request is filed, we will remove the specified content in accordance with copyright law. To ensure fairness, we may share the DMCA notice, including the complainant’s contact details, with the individual accused of the infringement. If your content was removed incorrectly, you are entitled to file a counter-notice that should include: Identification of the content and its original location. Your full name, address, phone number, and email address. A sworn statement affirming your belief that the removal was a mistake, under penalty of perjury. A declaration agreeing to legal proceedings and accepting the receipt of legal documents. Your signature, either physical or digital. Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, the content may be reinstated unless the original complainant takes legal action.
